Incredible Chair, Seamless Service

Buying these chairs is a daunting task- Osaki has so many models and each with very tiny differences.

I founf the team at Massagechairs.com are the most knowledgeable & responsive - they would pick up the phone and chat at all hours of the day or night and no question stumped them and they love making you happy.

The old school model is the store would and salesperson would be the high level of service and online is cheaper but stripped of service- In reality this inverted. I went to Costco and they only have one model and the sales person cant explain the differences- Costco shows a huge price discount but in reality its a model only they sell and the prices at massagechairs.com are at least $1000 cheaper.

They were able to get me answers directly from Osaki and they had the owner of the business who had seen the new chairs that were not public yet call me from the Osaki showroom and he had my questions fielded directly. The ordering process was seamless they kept me informed on the shipment and delivery and checked on my in my first week.

They also changed out the Vivo and decided I wanted to the DuoMax - they were gracious about it- there was no charge at all and they allowed me to overlap the vivo and duomax so I was sure I liked the duomax better and wouldnt regret the change out.

Kust a class act and absolutely always the best price and no haggling or coupons just transparent and honest people.

Onto the chair itself. I like a very strong massage and believe this…

One of best chairs on the market

Incredible 4D massage chair. It has massage functions for everyone. Perfect for husband and wife couple. Provides a better massage than the Osaki Vivo.
